Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 120 grams of cream cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons of milk (of your choice)
- 55 grams of butter
- 220 grams of flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- A mixture of nuts and raisins (unsalted)
- A good handful of dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, cream cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the mixture of nuts, raisins, and dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
